* 1. COVID has affected the diabetes world in far-reaching ways, from serious health complications to elevated glucose to an increase in new cases of T1D. Given the many benefits and minimal risks associated with immunization, we encourage all of our clients to receive a full battery of vaccines and boosters. What is your state of COVID vaccination?

I have received all available vaccines and boosters

I am partially vaccinated

I am not yet vaccinated, but plan to do so eventually
