What is this survey designed to find out?

The US Administration on Community Living (ACL) has partnered with The Learning Community (TLC) in the past few years to increase person centered practices and knowledge among sectors of the Long Term Services and Supports array in the US.  ACL is interested in understanding the current and potential capacity of trainers in TLC.  The board is also interested in understanding capacity in all of TLC (not just in the US).  Please respond to our brief survey.
