2019 Beast of the Southeast Travel

Please read carefully before booking your room. 

Team Codes: Please book your room by Nov. 14 at 12 noon, the hotel does not charge a deposit upon booking.
Hotel will charge a hotel fees (room rates & taxes) upon arrival at the hotel.

Family-travel Teams: There is one hotel room per player. Do not use the code to book rooms for additional sets of parents or grandparents. If your family is in need of additional rooms, you may contact Krista McGivern at krista@ncacademyvb.org. 

Please note that this is a Stay-to-Play event. The minimum number of nights required for this team is 2. You are more than welcome to stay longer as our booking starts on Thursday. However, Friday & Saturday are required.

13 Diamond will have a block of rooms to book from at the Fairfield Inn & Suites - Atlanta Alpharetta. These rooms are $99/night plus tax; complimentary on-site parking is available.

14 Diamond will have a block of rooms to book from at the Renaissance Hotels - Atlanta Airport Gateway. These rooms are $127/night plus tax; valet parking is only available at $29/night. These rooms will be King Beds only.

Team-travel Teams: The block of rooms is reserved for all Academy families. We have a limited number of rooms available in the block for parents of these teams. All rooms will be first come, first serve.

15 Diamond/16 Diamond/17 Diamond/18 Diamond - Players Booked by club. Hotel check in for 15, 16, & 17 Diamond will be Friday, February 22nd. 18 Diamond check in will be Thursday, February 21st as play will begin for them on Friday, being that Beast is a qualifying tournament for 18's.
