Your experience of appointments

We’re inviting users of AWP’s services to take part in a voluntary trial using a new tool called Ambient Voice Technology (AVT). It’s designed to help your healthcare professional spend less time taking notes and more time focused on you. We are keen to hear peoples' experiences of note taking during appointments with and without AVT to see whether/how it helps.

By taking part, you’ll be helping us learn how to improve appointments for both service users and healthcare professionals. Whether you take part or not, your care will not be affected. Take part and tell us about your experience both before and during the trial by completing the anonymous survey.

Thank you!
