Tennis finals day - preferred dates opinion

What would be your preferred timing for the New Malden tennis tournament finals day.
late June / early July - a few weeks before the A3 tournament
late July - same as normal, one week before or after the A3 tournament
mid August - 3 to 4 weeks after A3
early September - allows more time for all matches to be played through the summer

Do you have any ideas for improving the day itself? e.g. BBQ, 'family day' on other courts or before/after etc. etc.
