Observe children playing and write everything down you see. One user/situation at a time.

Example of things to look after and write down when observing:
  • Does the child understand what to do?
  • Does the child understand the connection between the Munti Box and the overhead gallery?
  • Is the child having fun? When they are having fun, what happens?
  • Does the child play with siblings, friends or caregivers?
  • Why does the play session stop? Is it the child’s own decision or the caregiver's?
  • How does the activity affect customer flow?
    • Are caregivers getting more time to focus on shopping/planning decisions?
    • What happens when there are many children/families?
    • What happens when there are few children/families?
