Advokids provides free legal services and support to anyone seeking to advocate for a child in foster care or at risk of entering foster care. All of the information that you share with us will be kept strictly confidential and will not be shared with anyone outside of the Advokids organization. If you are calling about multiple children with different issues of concern, please fill out separate forms for each child.

We cannot provide assistance to you if you are represented by an attorney (appointed or privately retained) regarding the matter for which you are seeking guidance. Instead, we urge you to reach out to your attorney with your questions or concerns.
