EFPT Brain Drain study: follow up of the migration of psychiatric trainees
The Research Group of the European Federation of Psychiatry Trainees (EFPT) is doing a multi-national study about mobility and migration of psychiatry trainees, in collaboration with the Early Career Psychiatrists (ECPs).
The aim of this study is to obtain data on migration of psychiatry trainees and ECPs, assessing their opinions and experiences towards migration, identifying reasons, barriers, patterns, time and impact of migration.
We would appreciate if you could help us by participating in this study, completing this questionnaire, which should take approximately 15 minutes to complete.
