Keeper satisfaction survey 2025

Farmcare holds contracts with the Animal and Plant Health Agency (APHA) for the delivery of government veterinary services, which includes TB testing, Anthrax and Brucella inquiries and the more recent pre-movement sampling for Bluetongue, all carried out by local veterinary practices.

We wish to obtain feedback from keepers in order to conduct a 360-degree review, to form part of our Continuous Improvement Plan.

3.How satisfied are you with the overall TB testing service you received from your veterinary practice at your last test?

5.How satisfied are you with how careful and accurate the tester was during your last TB test?
6.Since 2024, have you arranged any Bluetongue pre-movement sampling for your animals?
