Each year, the City of Windcrest prepares an operating and capital budget that aligns with the City Council’s priorities, projects, and mandates. The City’s fiscal year runs from October 1 through September 30. To view the FY 25/26 Budget Summary and Year End Projections, refer to CoW Finance Department webpage.

As your City Council works toward the development of the Fiscal Year 2026-2027 Final Budget, we need your input. Your feedback will help guide the City Council in prioritizing investments for the upcoming fiscal year.
