Uncommon and Rare Digestive and Liver Cancers Survey

We designed this survey to understand your experiences and opinions on life with uncommon and rare digestive and liver cancers. This includes:
  • gastric (stomach)
  • gastric esophageal junction (GEJ)
  • esophageal (e.g., adenocarcinoma, squamous cell carcinoma, other rare type)
  • liver (hepatocellular carcinoma)
  • bile duct (including cholangiocarcinoma)
  • gallbladder
  • anal/rectal

We will use this information anonymously and in aggregate to shape future programming and to inform community members, healthcare professionals, and health policy decision-makers.

This survey is open to those who are 16 years of age or older. Caregivers are welcome to complete the survey on behalf of the person with the experience. It takes approximately 20 minutes to complete.
