The purpose of this survey is to collect information about the training in research methods and methodology that early career researchers interested in interdisciplinary research have received, and that scholars at mid-career and beyond currently oversee. This information will help to inform discussions about the appropriate training that should be offered to postgraduate researchers in 'law and' fields (e.g legal geography, socio-legal studies, law and society, law and social science etc).

The survey has 8 questions and should take no more than 10 minutes. Responses will be recorded anonymously. The option for respondents to identify themselves at the end is there if they are interested in remaining in touch for further activity on these issues, but this will be delinked from the survey analysis.

Note: this information is initially being collected in relation to an Early Career Interdisciplinary Workshop held at UNSW Australia in September 2015: however the questions have been framed sufficiently generally to enable the extension of the survey to other respondents in the future.
