The Community Foundation (CF) does not guarantee to fulfil your requirement request above. While applicant candidates are sought for their skills and or / experience, each organisation must satisfy itself as to the suitability and eligibility of each candidate and we recommend that references and any necessary safeguarding processes are sought. The CF has no liability for the ultimate suitability of candidates, nor for any acts or omissions on the part of individuals appointed through Skills Match. As a volunteer, an advisor or board member will be acting in a personal capacity, not on behalf of his/her employer, nor on behalf of CF. The volunteer will have no liability to the CF in respect of any losses, damages, costs or expenses arising from or in any way connected with their position as a charity board member.

By signing this form you provide us with consent to hold your details on our database. Your information will be used for internal administration and to contact you in line with your responses to Keeping In Touch form (below/ attached). Your contact details will also be passed to any organisation or individual that you have consented to work with through the Skills Match.
