Upholding Frontline Wisdom & Collective Learning

In response to ongoing member engagement and past CoP sessions, Nourish & Thrive is transitioning into a seasonal Community of Practice specifically for frontline staff.
While previous gatherings included a mix of roles, this shift reflects our commitment to intentionally creating space for frontline staff to connect, reflect, and learn from one another’s lived experiences. Our hope is to build consistency over time and cultivate a core group that fosters trust, depth, and meaningful connection. In sharing what’s working, naming common challenges, and exchanging resources, we strengthen not only our individual programs, but also our collective capacity and impact across communities.
Recognizing that frontline staff time and budgets can be tight, a limited number of release-time honorariums will be available to support staff attendance. Honorariums are $50, with a limit of one per agency.
