PrecisionFDA and FDA’s National Center for Toxicological Research (NCTR) have teamed up to launch the NCTR Indel Calling from Oncopanel Sequencing Data Challenge. This challenge asks participants to develop, validate, and benchmark indel calling pipelines to identify indels in the oncopanel sequencing datasets generated by the SEQC2 Oncopanel Sequencing Working Group.
