* 5. In 2019, CHOA held two Informational Meetings and the required Annual Meeting on the 2nd Thursday in August.  COVID-19 has prevented us from having any Information Meetings.  Would you like for at least two informational meetings to be held in 2021?

The Summer Survey 2018 did ask about what other improvements should be considered by our Landscaping & Grounds, Social - Swimming Pool & Clubhouse, and recommended to our Board of Directors.  The following items were listed: tennis courts, sand volleyball court, pickleball courts, playground improvements, basketball court, shade panels/umbrellas at the pool, and update clubhouse furnishings.

At that time, the board stated the importance of not considering any new projects until we had at least two complete years of operation.  January 2021 begins our third year of operation.  Any proposed expenditure of  $10,000 or more must be approved by a vote of the home/lot owners.  The proposals would need to include: How it will benefit Copperstone, specifications, total costs of installation, and the projected cost of maintenace over 20 years from the installation.  The Landscaping & Grounds and/or the Social - Swimming Pool & Clubhouse Committees would review and offer their recommendation.  The Board would review and determine whether the project is feasible; should be brought to a vote; and if passed, added to budget.
