Questionnaire to assess demand for future business space at Ballyhaugh

The Ballyhaugh Steering Group of Development Coll is in the process of considering the future of the Project Trust premises which are currently being marketed for sale. One aspect that it is exploring is how much demand there may be for business space to enable new businesses to start and existing businesses to grow within the community.

The purpose of this survey is to understand the demand and interest from the community in developing one or more of the following uses: hot desk, office, or studio space.

5.Are you able to pay an appropriate rent for business space? A business plan is still in the process of being developed but indicative levels may be £15-£20 per hot desk session, £150-200/m2/yr for office space, and £120-140/m2 for studio space.
