Professional Assessment

Whatever your dreams may be, it’s important to start by assessing where you stand today. Knowing your current strengths and areas for improvement will help you identify the steps you need to take to achieve your goals.

For the Women’s TechConnect Mentoring Program, we’ve created the following brief professional skills self-assessment. You can use the survey to get to know yourself a bit better. At the end, you can also specify other development areas that may not have be addressed in our standard list. Each quarter during the mentoring program we will conduct follow-up surveys which you can use to help you assess your progress towards your goals. Learning is a lifelong experience, so we invite both mentors and protégées to take advantage of this professional self-assessment survey.

Within 24 hours of completing the survey, we will email you a summary of the answers you submitted. We encourage you to share your assessment with your match, however that decision is entirely up to you. All individual responses will be kept confidential by NetHope.
