If an attendee whose information was provided to SAP later opts-out of direct marketing activities associated with this conference or requests Vendor to delete the attendee’s Personal Data, Vendor shall promptly notify SAP (by confirmed email) of such request. Upon notification by Vendor to SAP of the attendee’s request to opt-out or delete, SAP will accordingly reflect this change in attendee’s status and move immediately to cease communications in relation to the conference with attendee.
