To the extent that Vendor has received consent for the use of Personal Data for third party marketing from conference attendees, Vendor may, in its discretion, make such Personal Data available to SAP as the conference sponsor and SAP may use the Personal Data for marketing purposes in relation to the conference the attendees are registered. Prior to providing SAP with such information for marketing purposes, Vendor shall provide appropriate disclosures and obtain necessary consents, under applicable law. Where required by applicable law, Vendor will provide conference attendees whose data is included in the data provided by Vendor to SAP with the ability to opt-out of the direct marketing activities at any time and access to this option will be made clear to them. If an attendee whose information was provided to SAP later opts-out of direct marketing activities associated with this conference or requests Vendor to delete the attendee’s Personal Data, Vendor shall promptly notify SAP (by confirmed email) of such request. Upon notification by Vendor to SAP of the attendee’s request to opt-out or delete, SAP will accordingly reflect this change in attendee’s status and move immediately to cease communications in relation to the conference with attendee.
