Introduction
Please complete this application to be matched with either a Division Director Mentor or a Division Director Coach.
Request to be matched with a Mentor if you are a new Division Director who would like to be matched with a more experienced Division Director colleague for a long term mentorship relationship (2-4 meetings per year for up to 2 years) to help you manage your new role.
Request to be matched with a Coach if you are any Division Director who would like to be matched with a Division Director colleague for a short-term coaching relationship (1-2 meetings) to help you develop one specific skill.
(If you would like to be matched with a Mentor AND a Coach, please complete the application twice.)
This application asks about the type of relationship you are requesting (Mentor or Coach), your division type and demographics, and the skill(s) you would like to develop.
