Western Sydney Local Health District (WSLHD) welcomes your views on how we can improve our written health information.
We’re looking for:

- People who have used WSLHD health services as patients or carers
- People who might access the health service in the future
- Those who want to improve written health information
- People from other organised interest groups
The people we are looking for may not want to come to any of our facilities to get involved, they are happy to review information in their own home and provide feedback about what is written, from a consumer perspective.
