Partner to improve health care in Western Sydney!

Do you want to partner with us to improve health care in Western Sydney?

Consumer Representatives are people who collaborate and partner with health staff to bring about health system change. A Consumer Representative is someone with a lived experience of the healthcare system as a patient, client or carer (not healthcare staff) who brings a consumer perspective to co-design in the planning, delivery, monitoring and evaluation of healthcare services. For example, you may have an interest in health literacy, making services easier to access, review consumer resources and engage in projects in partnership with heath staff to improve services from a consumer perspective.

If that sounds like you, please complete the online form below, to express your interest in becoming a Consumer Representative. The next intake of Consumer Representatives is in June 2023. We look forward to receiving your Expression of Interest and will be in touch soon!

Thank you
