WSC 2026 Volunteer Registration Form

Please complete this form by April 18th to volunteer at WSC 2026.

For many years, local members have helped delegates to the World Service Conference with any needs they may have during the week, and to make them feel welcome.
There are two ways to volunteer: Driving members to local meetings in the evenings, and to help staff the hospitality booth at the conference venue throughout the event.
The WSC takes place at the Woodland Hills Marriot from May 3rd to May 9th, 2026, with a full day of pre-conference activities on May 2nd. Delegates begin arriving at the hotel on May 1st.
1.Are you available to drive members to meetings in the evenings? Please check all the days that you are available. We are asking all volunteers to check in at the hospitality desk by 6 pm. A valid driving license and insurance are required.
Sitting in the hospitality booth is a great way to meet members from around the world. They may need help getting to a store, the benefit of your local knowledge, or just a friendly face. Each day is divided into 4 shifts, starting at 8.30 am. Please indicate all the times that you are willing to come and help.

11.On each Saturday night there will be a World Market at the hotel where members from around the world sell items from their home communities. This is a popular event and we need help to manage the line of members waiting to get in. Are you available to help with this?
