Welcome to the fourth edition of Surveying the Federal Landscape for Human Services—An Assessment for October 1, 2025 through May 31, 2026. This survey is intended to gather timely insights from Illinois human service leaders on how federal policy, funding, and administrative developments impact their work and communities. As we close out this series of surveys, we are especially interested in learning about the impacts of federal changes on the community you serve.

The Quarter 4 survey will be open from June 1 - 15, 2026. We estimate the time required to complete this survey to be no more than 20 minutes, depending on the level of detail you choose to provide in your longform answers. Please submit one response per organization. All responses will remain confidential and will only be reported in aggregate form, unless permission is sought and granted to share a specific quote.
