Global Responsible Care Implementation Survey for Companies

Background:

The ICCA Responsible Care Leadership Group (RCLG) was tasked by the ICCA Association Roundtable (ART) in February to review the global implementation of Responsible Care, citing concern about variances in how the program is implemented around the world. To respond to this request, the RCLG sent an initial survey in early April to national associations, which yielded 32 responses.

The RCLG is now conducting a member company survey to better understand how Responsible Care is being implemented in each economy, the value it delivers to those member companies, and opportunities to strengthen the program in the future.

Survey results will inform regional association discussions, the October RCLG meeting, and path forward options prepared for the October ICCA ART and Board meetings.

Directions:

The survey should take approximately 25-30 minutes to complete.

One consolidated response per company is preferred (for example, consolidating responses from Regulatory Affairs, Product Stewardship, or Environmental Health and Safety teams). Companies operating in more than one country may submit one response per country. Respondents are encourage to answer each question in the survey.

Data protection: All individual responses will remain anonymous, except where a company chooses to share its name. Data will be handled in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and statistical rules, and results will only be presented in aggregated form. No data will be shared outside of ICCA.
