Propel SEL is a 12-month action learning project for 2-4 person teams from organizations that offer out-of-school youth development and mentoring programs for youth in grades 6-12 in the 9 county metro.  Participating programs will increase the intentionality of social-emotional learning practices in their youth programs.  Propel SEL is funded by the Greater Twin Cities United Way and the Carlson Family Foundation and hosted through a partnership among the Brooklyn Bridge Alliance for Youth, Ignite Afterschool, Minneapolis Youth Coordinating Board, and Sprockets.

This application is intended to help the selection committee understand each applicants goals and readiness for participation in the Propel SEL Professional Learning Community.  It will also help us ensure the diversity of participating organizations as we seek cohort members that bring a range of experiences and perspectives and are committed to racial equity in their SEL practice.

We suggest that you review the PDF version of the application and prepare answers before starting the on-line application.
