TKC Emotional Health Survey 2020

* 1. The purpose of this survey is to collect information regarding the emotional health of your family during COVID-19, a monumental time in history. This is being conducted by The Kindness Campaign. Your participation in this survey is voluntary.

You will be asked to fill out an online survey that will take approximately 10 minutes. Your responses will be confidential and we do not collect identifying information such as your name or IP address without your consent. The survey questions will be about the factors surrounding your family's emotional health.

The results of this survey will be used by The Kindness Campaign and collaborators to promote emotional wellness.
