Reception: Not having to stand in line in order to ask the students questions.

Reception: Not hearing the same questions asked of the students over and over.

Reception: Giving more attendees the opportunity to interact with the students through a Q & A.

Reception: The complementary appetizers and beverage.

Dinner/Awards Program: The dinner food.

Dinner/Awards Program: Moving the program along by having the dinner served during the program.

Dinner/Awards Program: Having a person from the local community, who had a connection with one of the major universities whose students received Fellowship awards, participate in the presentation of the awards.

Program: Including a previous Fellowship award recipient as a Keynote Speaker.

Program: Hearing from all current award recipients either in person or via video (if unable to attend in person).
