We appreciate your interest in presenting at the 10th annual Vermont Development Conference, scheduled for November 20, 2024.

The VDC Planning Committee is looking forward to receiving varied proposals from around the industry with a particular interest in sessions that focus on timely issues. Some of these may include (but are not limited to):

- Climate action and real estate development
- Fossil fuel regulations in new construction
- Municipal Energy Resilience Program (MERP)
- Artificial Intelligence (AI) in our industries
- Act 250
- The Home Act
- Resilient design
- Housing solutions in rural communities to attract young professionals
- Emerging construction technologies
- Creative and complicated financing and funding
- and/or important topics like DEI in land development

Please fill out this form and submit by June 5. Please be aware that proposals submitted after this date may not be considered.

The VDC Planning Committee will be refining the programming and will select and work with presenters leading up to the event to fully understand the content and develop the sessions.
Please note presenters will be required to do the following, so by submitting this RFP, you are agreeing to:
- Submit the final title and content to the Planning Committee by July 15
- Submit your draft PowerPoint (PPT) presentation and present your session, in person or via Zoom, to White + Burke by October 21
- Tailor your session based on feedback provided and submit the final version of your session including the PPT presentation by November 13

Please keep in mind that these are intended to be valuable, content-packed time slots. These are not marketing sessions for presenters to a captive audience.
