2026 BFA Fall Parent Survey

The purpose of the Fall survey (that takes 15 minutes or less) is to give staff an early snapshot of students' educational experiences so modifications can be made as needed over the coming months. The Board of Directors and Administration use results for evaluation. Your participation is very appreciated and contributes to the success of the school. Only one survey per family household will be accepted.

As an added bonus when you complete the survey you will be able to log in 2 HOURS of volunteer hours and if the school hits 70% PARTICIPATION all classes will receive a dress of choice day.

Please enter your oldest BFA child's Student Number, or PIK MY KID Number. Please note, this survey is not anonymous, but it is confidential. Your oldest BFA child's Student Number is required (and can be found in the PIK MY KID APP) to validate your responses. However, the people viewing the survey responses do not have the ability to identify student numbers with family names. Any surveys without your correct PIK MY KID number will be removed from the survey pool. If you need to know where to find the number see the picture below for reference.
