- Approval from council for you to nominate for the scholarship

- Approval from council for you to attend the conference if your nomination is successful

- A Prepared Response to the Scholarship Question: What do you value most about the local government sector and what you hope to get out of attending this conference?

- An up to date electronic copy of your resume ready to attach to your application

- A reference from your manager supporting your application for this scholarship
