2025 WQA Convention & Exposition is April 22-24 in Long Beach, California.
About the Scholarship:
WQA’s Leadership Engagement And Development (LEAD) initiative focuses on supporting professionals in the water treatment industry to develop advanced leadership skills while forging deeper engagement and participation within the WQA and broader industry. Part of this goal includes supporting accessibility to the in-person education sessions, open volunteer group meetings, and interactive experiences at the WQA Convention & Exposition.
The Scholarship Taskforce is always looking for individuals who have not had an opportunity to experience the WQA Convention & Exposition before or in recent years and who are looking to increase their engagement in the industry through WQA. It is recommended for applicants to visit the Convention Website to review the schedule and activities to help define their goals.
LEAD Scholarships Covers:
- 2025 WQA Convention & Exposition Registration
- Three Nights at the Convention Hotel
- Three Nights at the Convention Hotel
Eligibility:
- Recipient must be employed by a WQA member company in good standing.
- Past recipients of the 2024 WQA MYLC Scholarship or 2024 WQA Convention Scholarship will not be eligible for this year's scholarship.
- Recipient must be employed by a WQA member company in good standing.

About The Scholarship Application & Selection Process:
This scholarship form requires contact information and responses to three short answer questions. Applications will be anonymous and reviewed by a taskforce immediately following the submission deadline. You will be notified of the status by a program administrator, via the email provided in the application, no later than Friday, February 21.
