Tract Consulting Inc. has been engaged by the Town of Portugal Cove-St. Philip's to undertake a  Review of the Municipal Plan and Development Regulations. This Review process provides an opportunity for the public to provide input on issues and ideas that they would like addressed in the Plan.
This Plan will be used by Council to guide development and land use in Portugal Cove-St. Philip's. 
Thank you for contributing your thoughts and ideas in this community survey. This questionnaire should take approximately 15 minutes to complete.
