A general “Us and Them” anti-pilot attitude from management

Airline management are trivialising the problems

Experience levels of new pilots is very concerning and adding to my workload

Inability to plan my private life

Salaries are low and not even back to pre-Covid levels

Unreasonably high CAA FDP limits resulting in an overloaded roster

Weekends off are few and far between

Rostered Duty Free Days are often compromised

My roster is unstable and changes constantly

Salaries are uncompetitive

Punitive culture in the airline
