We designed this survey to understand how people in Canada navigate the healthcare systems, which services they use, and how they get information.

The combination of long wait times, understaffing, and lack of access to healthcare, mixed with the increase in online information and artificial intelligence is leading many individuals to take more aspects of their care into their own hands. We want to know more about how you manage healthcare for yourself and your family.

We will use this information anonymously and in aggregate to shape future programming and to inform community members, healthcare professionals, and health policy decision-makers.

This survey is open to those who are 18 years of age or older who access healthcare in Canada. It takes approximately 10 minutes to complete.
