The goal of this survey is to inform the Development Prioritization sub-team of what areas of the application ArchivesSpace member institutions want prioritized for development in the next 2-3 years. The Development Prioritization sub-team works in collaboration with the ArchivesSpace Program Team to prioritize feature requests and bug reports for developers working on future releases of the ArchivesSpace application. The sub-team may occasionally make recommendations on creating Task Forces to holistically address specific areas of the application for improvement.

This survey does not include sections of the ArchivesSpace application that are not under the purview of the Development Prioritization sub-team in its work with the ArchivesSpace Program Team, which include User and Technical Documentation, Integrations, Testing and Metadata Standards.

Additionally, the Agents Module of ArchivesSpace is not included in this survey. There is currently considerable work happening on this section of the application to provide better standards support. A release of that work is expected in the next 6 months.
