Security Industry Regulation Survey |
1. Introduction
A research project conducted by Professor Rick Sarre, University of South Australia, and Professor Tim Prenzler, Griffith University titled Private Security and Public Interest: Exploring Private Security Trends and Directions for Reform in the New Era of Plural Policing is currently being undertaken. The project is funded by a grant from the Australian Research Council, with support from ASIAL.
The questionnaire seeks the views of the owners of security firms and security managers about the system for regulating the security industry in their main jurisdiction of operation.
To ensure results are genuinely representative it is important that the questionnaire is completed by as many respondents as possible. Survey results will be posted on the ASIAL website when the study is complete.
The survey will take approximately ten (10) minutes to complete and does not require you to submit any documentation. SURVEY RESULTS ARE ANONYMOUS. Survey results are aggregated with no identifiers, and the system does not supply ASIAL with any details that might serve to identify individual responses to any question.
If you have any questions about this research please contact Tim Prenzler, 07 373 55613, t.prenzler@griffith.edu.au.
