I solemnly affirm that I am 18+ years of age, a member of Elevate Credit Union, the primary account holder on at least one account, and that I am therefore eligible to vote in the election of the Elevate Credit Union Board of Directors.

There are two open seats on the Board of Directors. We invite you to review the biographies of the three candidates and select the two individuals you believe will best represent the membership of Elevate Federal Credit Union.

The voting ballots will be verified and counted by a member of Elevate Credit Union’s Supervisory Committee, along with at least two members of the Board Nominations Committee and members of management.

The results of the election will be announced at Elevate Credit Union’s Annual Meeting on Tuesday, March 11. Members are invited to attend. The meeting will begin at 12:00 PM and will be held at the Brigham City Branch, located at 1023 Medical Drive in Brigham City, Utah.
