Call for Interest: CIMA Delegation to VIFF AMP 2026
October 5-8, 2026 | Vancouver, BC
CIMA is pleased to launch a Call for Interest for a small delegation attending the Vancouver International Film Festival's AMP,Music in Visual Media Summit, one of Canada's leading events connecting the music and screen industries.
This opportunity is designed for independent labels, publishers, and managers looking to build meaningful relationships with music supervisors, film and television professionals, and other decision-makers working in sync and screen-based media.
Who Can Apply?
- This opportunity is open to CIMA members only.
- Limited to approximately 10 delegates
Priority will be given to Voting Members - Intended for:
- Independent record labels
Music publishers - Artist management companies
- Independent record labels
Applicants should represent an established roster and/or catalogue and have an interest in developing long-term opportunities in film, television, and sync licensing.
What Delegates Receive
Delegates selected for the mission will receive:
- Artist & Industry Pass to VIFF AMP
- Access to panels, workshops, networking receptions, and professional development programming
- Entry to the broader Artist & Industry program throughout the festival
- Invitation to a CIMA-hosted networking activity
- Access to a pre-departure Zoom orientation session
- Preferred hotel rate through the official event hotel block
- Opportunities to connect with music supervisors, film producers, screen industry professionals, and other delegates throughout the event
Registration Fee
$150 CAD per delegate
The registration fee helps support delegation activities and administration.
Please note that delegates are responsible for their own travel, accommodation, and meals unless otherwise specified.
