The School Leadership Development program was created to encourage our current teachers to become future administrators. In this low-risk program, you will learn what it is like to be a school administrator and help you determine if this is a career you would like to move forward with.

This application is only the beginning process. You will need to also complete a self-evaluation and have 2 school leaders fill out an evaluation of you. 

If you are selected for participation in the SLED program, there is a one-time fee of $500 that can be made payable by check to LCMS School Ministry.
