Welcome to the Fraud Advisory Panel Future Counter Fraud Community Mentoring Scheme.

This scheme is designed to bring together current counter fraud professionals with those aspiring for a career in the profession or looking to enhance their knowledge and expertise from those working within the field.

The scheme is entirely voluntary, and mentors or mentees can withdraw from the programme at any point.

Timescale and Duration
The programme runs for a 12-month period with 4 reviews set-up between each pair.

To be agreed at introduction sssion:
Overarching objective agreed between mentor, mentee and the Fraud Advisory Panel.

Quarterly review dates and milestones for Q1 to be agreed. All objectives to be reviewed and considered on a quarterly basis.

Frequency and format of communications, including in person and virtual events, to be agreed with Fraud Advisory Panel copied into all correspondence.

End of Scheme:
Debrief to include accomplishments, successes, areas of improvement in the process and next steps.
