In HTA’s conversation with Member Owners, vaccine education and improving vaccine confidence in covered populations continues to remain an important topic as vaccines remain a crucial tool in the fight against all vaccine preventable diseases. Throughout these discussions, our Membership has expressed interest in educational seminars and materials to further support the importance of all vaccines, address vaccine hesitancy, and improve health outcomes in their plan members. HTA, through a sponsorship with Pfizer, is working to improve immunization rates for HTA plan-sponsor plan populations through education on the safety and importance of all vaccines and the recommendation of proven employer actions that increase vaccination uptake. Survey results will be collected from HTA Member Owners at baseline and in 12 months, aggregated, and published to HTA Members.
To achieve the most accurate survey results, HTA encourages Member Owners to engage others within their organization that would be best suited to provide responses to the below. If unsure, respondents should answer to the best of their knowledge based on formal surveys or recent anecdotes conducted of employee thoughts on vaccines, specifically confidence in their safety and efficacy.
