WINTER PRIDE 2021 FESTIVAL GUEST REGISTRATION

Welcome to Winter Pride 2021. We are excited that you want to join us for one of the world's most fabulous winter pride events, right here in New Zealand!
  
Winter Pride 2021 will be held from Friday 27th August until Sunday 5th of September in Queenstown and Central Otago, and we hope you can join us for as much time as possible. 

Registration is compulsory for all attendees who want to have access to Winter Pride official events and each attendee must complete a separate individual registration form. Registration does not guarantee you access, but registers your interest to purchase.

* 2. Winter Pride 2021...this is how the festival will work. It's actually pretty simple with these 4 easy steps!

Step 1: Become a Patron

To access the ticketed or booked festival events in 2021, you will need to register to become a Patron.  

Patron's fees fund the year round planning, administration, and marketing of the festival. In 2021 we have 4 levels of patronage -
Maxi
Mini
Long Weekender
Enabling
This is very similar to the approach in 2020 for those what attended. 

We will ask you below to confirm your chosen level of Patronage and will outline the details. 

Note, if you plan to attend Winter Pride during the festival week, but do not plan on attending any of the events that require ticketed or booked events, you do not need to complete this process, however we ask that you consider becoming an Enabling Patron to support the festival overall. 

Step 2: Pay for your chosen level of Patronage

From 1 May 2021, all registered Patron's will be be sent an invoice to pay for their chosen level of Patron's support.

There are limited numbers of Patron's supporters for Maxi, Mini, and Long Weekenders, and invoices will be sent in order of registration. 

Because numbers are limited and Winter Pride events SELL OUT well in advance, we strongly suggest you pay as quickly as possible, however invoices will be due within 2 weeks and can be paid by all major credit cards online. 

There are no limits on numbers of Enabling Patron's who have access to events on a capacity permitting only basis through our revolving door approach, letting in Maxi, Mini and long weekender patrons first. Most events have a limited capacity and if you have this status, you may not be able to gain entry to some of your chosen events.

Step 3: Choose and Book your Events plus any additional add-on tickets

Once you have paid to become a Patron, you will be sent an event registration form to choose and book the events you want to attend subject to your Patron's level. We will also then open ticket sales for a range of events for Patron's only to buy as add-ons. This will take place after 1 June 2021.

Priority for event bookings will be given depending on your Patron's level, until SOLD OUT, and based on the priority order in which payment was received. 

COVID-19 could impact on event schedules, the nature of events, venues, and capacity numbers and could lead to events being cancelled with short notice. Priority will be given to Patron's based on their level of Patronage for any event changes. 

Step 4: Confirmation of Events

Once you have chosen and booked your events you will be sent an event confirmation of the events you are booked for. 

Then, it's about Keeping in touch until Festival Time!

All going well with COVID-19, then just bring your ID and your name will be on the door list of all events you have received confirmation for. 

Please ensure you read ALL festival emails prior to attending as you may be required to re-confirm registration for some events, or be aware of event changes. 

We will be operating a customer service desk every day during the festival should you need support when you arrive. Details will be communicated closer to the time.

All the fees outlined below are non-transferrable and non-refundable.

MAXI Patron's Access  (choose from ALL events) (NZD$650)

The intention is for our Maxi Patron's to have access to ALL Events as listed on the Winter Pride 2021 Pride Party Blueprint, including the Gibbston Valley Long Lunch, The Grille Pride Dinner, Pride Dinners on Tuesday Night, MSM Underwear Party, or Women's Only Party. ALL Events refers to 1 confirmed event per night plus revolving door access to any additional non-meal events, however add-on tickets can be bought should you wish to attend more than 1 event per night.

If alert levels shift from Level 1 to 2 (or equivalent) MAXI Patron's have preferential booking access to the revised schedule of events before anyone else.

MINI Patron's Access (choose from ALL non-meal events) (NZD$350)

The intention is for our Mini Patron's to have access to ALL Events as listed on the Winter Pride 2021 Pride Party Blueprint, excluding the Gibbston Valley Long Lunch, The Grille Pride Dinner, and any other meal events.

ALL Events refers to 1 confirmed event per night plus revolving door access to any additional non-meal events, however add-on tickets can be bought should you wish to attend more than 1 event per night or events not included in this pass.

If alert levels shift from Level 1 to 2 (or equivalent) MINI Patron's have preferential booking access to the revised schedule of events after MAXI Patron's until SOLD OUT.

Long Weekender Enabling Pass (choose up to 3 events) (NZD$190)

The intention is for the Long Weekender Enabling Patron's Access to have 3 main events in total from Wednesday 1 September until Sunday 5 September inclusive, plus revolving door access to any additional non-meal events excluding the final party - for the Final Party you must register as a chosen event as one of your 3. 

You will also have the ability to buy add-on tickets should you wish to attend more than 1 event per night or other events during the festival.

If alert levels shift from Level 1 to 2  (or equivalent), Long Weekender Patron's will only be granted access to events subject to capacity, and only after MAXI and MINI Patron's have registered for the revised schedule of events. 

Enabling Patron's Access (revolving door access only) 

The intention is for the Enabling Patron's Access to have revolving door access ONLY to non meal events, and the ability to buy add-on tickets should you want guaranteed access, on a pay per event basis.  Revolving door access also does not apply to the Final Party and the MSM Underwear Party - you can however buy The Final Party ($65) and MSM Underwear ($45) add-on tickets which will be available to buy subject to capacity once you have paid for your Enabling Patron's Access.  

If alert levels shift from Level 1 to 2 (or equivalent) Enabling Patron's will still have revolving door access to events, but only after priority has been given to MAXI, MINI, and Long Weekender Patron's subject to capacity.
