Within Our Reach Volunteer Application

Thank you for your interest in volunteering at the Within Our Reach conference. As a volunteer you will receive complimentary admission and meals. Please be prepared to volunteer for up to 6-8 hours on Thursday and Friday, Dec. 13th and 14th, in Salem, Oregon. The following shifts will be available:

- Registration Assistant | Help set up the registration area prior to the start of the conference. Assist with a variety of tasks such as directing attendees, general registration, badge printing, speaker check in, etc.

- Room Monitor | Monitor the session door and answer basic questions about the event, display time warning cards for speakers, take room counts, run the mic for Q&A sessions as well as maintain the drinking water station and assist the stage manager as needed

- Directional Assistant | Help set up the registration area prior to the start of the conference. Assist with a variety of tasks such as monitoring attendee waste products, directing attendees to session rooms, restrooms and exhibitor stations, etc.
