We at the Chamber of Commerce are interested in hearing the specific difficulties employers face when recruiting new staff. We would also like to know what you expect from young people (under 25) in the workplace, and whether you believe young people are being sufficiently prepared for work.
We will use these results to offer practical solutions for the benefit of businesses, schools and young people, helping to fill the skills gap and allowing businesses to develop their workforce effectively.
