Join the LEAD Center for Cultural Enrichment for our second workshop of the year on challenging the patriarchy and finding your voice as a woman in leadership. Participants will reflect on and discuss the systemic barriers impacting women in politics and business, and interact with a panel of established women leaders from the Salem community as they answer questions and offer advice for self-empowerment."
