Welcome!

This survey addresses the role that the University lifestyle plays in influencing a student’s coffee consumption. It requires you to answer questions and provide details on your own consumption habits, and how these may have developed or altered during your time at University. This survey contains 10 questions and should take approximately 2 minutes to complete.

Responses and information collected in this survey will be published in a report to be shared with the 2018 teaching staff of BCM212. This data will be disposed of immediately after the submission of the report.

By participating in this survey, you agree that:
- You are a member of the BCM212 cohort of Autumn 2018 at the University of Wollongong
- You engage in some degree of coffee consumption
- You will answer each question as honestly and accurately as you can

As a voluntary participant, you are free to withdraw any unprocessed data that you provide prior to submission on the 3rd of June at 10pm. To ensure that your privacy and information is safeguarded, all data collected will remain anonymous.
