We are delighted that you are participating in NURTURING GRASSROOTS - Civil Society Consulting CIC’s programme to support grassroots social action leaders and civil society organisations (especially small community support groups and Community Interest Companies) like yourselves.
This programme aims to support and empower grassroots social action and civil society organisations to make them stronger and more sustainable so that they can better provide support to the communities they have been set up to serve and help.
The support programme is funded by the National Lottery's Community Fund (Reaching Communities) and delivered by the Civil Society Consulting CIC team, with the support of a professional leadership coach, specialist fundraisers, web-designers, and many more!
Civil Society Consulting is an independent, not-for-profit social enterprise – a Community Interest Company. To kick off the support process we hold a one-to-one advice 'surgery', the team will share their insights into emerging funds and opportunities and aim to be a useful sounding board for your strategic thinking, sustainability and development. In co-producing a checklist of further actions with you the team can then provide a further (to be agreed) follow up support at no cost to you.
The delivery team is led by Mark Ereira-Guyer, Sally Bloomer and Sadia Akram with support from other team members including Viki Lee and Janaki Mahadevan.
