Mentoring Matching Survey

Applicant Details

We are seeking OHBM members, and their colleagues, at all stages of the academic career path who are willing to act as mentors and who are seeking to be mentored. Recognising the demands of academia, we have minimised the time commitment for mentors and left this to be determined within the partnership. Participants will meet once a year in person at the OHBM Annual Meeting and continue the mentoring relationship remotely via videoconference and email. We only ask mentors to commit to a minimum of one meeting per quarter and to review one CV and application (whether for a fellowship, studentship or grant). Mentoring relationships will not be constrained by geography as we are truly an international community.
