Introduction

After two years of implementation the Triple-S programme has reached a new phase in its development. Whilst the first phase of the programme focused on building alliances and partnerships and advocating for more sustainable services at international level, the second phase aims at providing greater support to WASH stakeholders to help them shift their practice from a focus on infrastructure to an emphasis on sustainable services. To achieve this we intend to focus our efforts and support on the development and delivery of:

i) Training around sustainable service delivery for different audiences;
ii) Evidence-based research that will come on stream from the country programmes of Triple-S;
iii) Development of new tools to support better planning, implementing, and monitoring;
iv) Technical advisory services.

This survey has been designed for us to gain a greater understanding of the type of tools your organisation would like to see developed as part of this second phase of the programme.

You will only need 10 minutes to complete this online survey and the results will lead to the development of one or more practical tools to support your organisation fund, design, implement or monitor more sustainable programmes in the WASH sector.

Thank you very much in advance for your time and support.

Note: We also take the term ‘tool’ to include an instrument or framework that can be used by an individual, group of individuals, or employed by an organization.
